I was reading on Lesser, Lesser, Landy, Smith law firm's website that every 7 seconds an injury in the workplace happens. And that more than 4.7mil workplace injuries occur every year in the US, resulting in 99mil workdays lost. Those are crazy numbers. That’s when a worker's compensation claim may come into effect.

What happens when you get injured and you have had to take time off from work to deal with that or it’s so severe that you’re not able to go back to work at all? There’s a high probability that both you and your family will be financially affected from your inability to work for who knows how long!

My  first #KeaneyDeskTalk guest, Chad Hastings represents clients in many injury cases and in this video he talks about what people need to know about Worker’s compensation and how it differentiates from Disability Income Insurance.
